Please note that the creation and delivery times for original artwork may vary depending on the volume of orders and the complexity of each piece. I am committed to providing high-quality, custom work and appreciate your patience as I bring your vision to life. Estimated timelines will be communicated upon order placement.
All sales of original artwork are final and nonrefundable. Each piece is created with care and attention to detail, and due to the nature of original art, I cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Thank you for understanding and supporting our creative process.

Process Overview
Fill out form
Within 1 - 2 business, days you will receive an email with project forms and details. If you would like to move forward, a 50% deposit is required before work begins on your custom piece. Once forms are submitted and deposit is made, we move on to the next step.
Within 5-7 business days after finishing step two, I will email you a rough digital sketch of your custom piece and a feedback form where you can request revisions. Each artwork is allowed 2 revisions.
Once artwork is complete, I will email you the final invoice for the remaining balance. Once paid, I will safely package your new artwork and mail it directly to you.
